Chapter 1 General Provisions

I.T.Science strives to enhance company value through progressive and efficient management activities, accelerating growth and development alongside all stakeholders, and diligently fulfilling our duties and responsibilities to become a trusted company.

I.T.Science respects all domestic and international laws and market regulations, takes the lead in establishing fair trade practices, honors social values and customs, and contributes to national and societal development through diverse social contribution activities

Thus, I.T.Science has established a Code of Ethics and actively implements it to create a sound and fair corporate culture

Chapter 2 Attitudes toward Customers

Article 1 [Respect for Customers]
① The company always considers and acts from the customer's perspective, striving to realize customer satisfaction by providing the best products and services that customers can trust and be satisfied with.
② The company provides customers with accurate information about its products and services and does not engage in exaggerated claims or advertising.

Article 2 [Customer Protection]
① The company respects a fair and free market economy based on the principles of free competition and competes fairly with its competitors.
② The company respects fair trade practices and complies with laws related to fair trading.

Chapter 3 Attitudes toward Competitors and Partners

Article 3 [Fair Competition with Competitors]
① The company respects and complies with the principles of free competition, and competes fairly and freely with competitors.
② The company respects and complies with fair trade practices and regulations.

Article 4 [Fair Transactions with Partner Companies]
① The company pursues mutual development by building trust and cooperative relationships with partner companies through fair transactions.
② The company must not use a superior or dominant position in business to make unfair demands or receive undue benefits from stakeholders.
③ The company must not intentionally delay work to request undue benefits from partner companies.
④ When purchasing parts or other goods from partner companies, the company must not request free items or excessive discounts.

Chapter 4 Responsibilities to Employees

Article 5 [Fair Treatment]
① The company does not engage in unfair discrimination against employees and provides fair opportunities based on their abilities and qualifications.
② The company establishes evaluation criteria based on employees' abilities, qualifications, and achievements, and conducts fair assessments and compensation.

Article 6 [Creating Working Environment]
① The company strives to ensure the health of its employees and a safe working environment.
② The company respects each employee's autonomy and creativity, providing fair opportunities to enhance their abilities, thereby supporting talent development and personal fulfillment.
③ The company respects the independent personality and fundamental rights of employees and creates an environment where they can freely make suggestions and proposals.

Chapter 5 Responsibility to Society

Article 7 [Compliance with Domestic and Foreign Laws]
The company, as a member of the nation and local communities, complies not only with various domestic laws but with internationally recognized regulations.

Article 8 [Contributions to the Development of the National Economy and Society]
The company contributes to national economic and social development through productivity improvement, job creation, diligent tax payment, and social contribution activities.

Article 9 [Environment Protection]
The company strives to protect nature and preserve a clean environment.

Chapter 6 Basic Ethics of Employees

Article 10 [Establishment of Sound Corporate Culture]
① Employees share the company's management philosophy, understanding its goals and values, and faithfully carry out the responsibilities assigned to them in accordance with the company's operational policies.
② Employees create an organizational culture based on smooth communication and mutual trust among superiors, subordinates, and colleagues in the company.
③ Employees perform their assigned duties with the best of their abilities in a proper manner and comply with all relevant laws and company regulations related to their work.

Article 11 [Prohibition of Conflict of Interest]
Employees must strive to avoid any actions or relationships that conflict with the company's interests. In cases where conflicts arise between the company and an individual or department, employees should prioritize the company's interests and act accordingly.

Article 12 [Prohibition of Use of Internal Information]
① Employees must not trade stocks using internal information acquired from their work.
② Employees must not provide valuable non-public information that could affect share prices to any third party without following proper legal procedures.

Article 13 [Protection of Company Property and Crucial Information]
① Employees must protect the company's physical assets, intellectual property rights, and confidential trade information, and must not use them for personal purposes.
② Employees must not pursue private interests using their position or engage in unfair trading by using non-public information obtained from the company.
③ Employees must not disclose any critical information that could affect the company's interests to external parties.

Article 14 [Prevention of Sexual Harassment]
Employees must not engage in any language or behavior that harms healthy coworker relationships, including physical, verbal, or visual actions or language deemed to cause sexual humiliation.

Article 15 [Prohibition of Political Engagement]
① Employees must not engage in political activities during working hours and must not use the company's organization, personnel, or assets for political purposes.
② While each employee's voting rights and political views are respected, they must ensure that their personal political opinions or involvement are not misunderstood as the company's stance.

Article 16 [Prohibition of Accepting Bribery and Entertainment]
① Employees must not accept bribery, gifts, or hospitality from clients or other stakeholders.
② Employees must not provide bribery, gifts, or hospitality to clients or other stakeholders related to company business beyond what is considered socially acceptable.
③ Employees must not exchange bribery, gifts, or excessive hospitality among themselves.

Article 17 [Prohibition of Counterfeit/Falsification and False Reporting of Documents]
① All documents and accounts must be recorded accurately and honestly based on factual information, and must not be forged or falsified with the intent to misrepresent the facts.
② Employees must not use forged or falsified documents or accounts.
③ Employees must not submit false reports or misrepresent facts for purposes such as exaggerating performance while carrying out their duties.

Article 18 [Compliance of Code of Ethics]
① All employees must faithfully comply with the Code of Ethics, and are accountable for any actions that violate it.
② Employees who are compelled to act against the Code of Ethics or become aware of any improper conduct must report it to the department responsible for the Code of Ethics.
③ In the event of a violation of the Code of Ethics, employees must ensure a thorough investigation of the cause and implement training to prevent recurrence.
